How do I select the right binder and pages for my needles?
First, make a list of the needle sets you have, including interchangeables, DPN's and fixed circulars. The Binder shell itself can store 2-4 fixed circulars and has 8 slots for DPN's, as well as a large zip pocket at the back.

Then, browse available pages for the Needle Binder and match each set to a page. If you reach more than 4 pages, then you will need a Jumbo size binder. Although we designed each page to fit a particular brand/set, as long as your needle sizes match up (or close enough for you to be happy with it), you can find a page that will accommodate them.

Click here for a chart that displays all of the different needle sizes for which we currently have pages. Take stock of your set, noting the tip sizes you have and match it up for the best fit.

What if none of the binder pages fit my needles?
If you don't find a page that fits your set, click here to send us your request, we are continuously adding more pages to accommodate more brands/sets.

What are the Binder dimensions?
Closed measurements: 
Regular - 10.5" x 8" x 2.5" thick (27cmx 20cm x6cm)
Jumbo - 10.5" x 8" x 3" thick (27cmx 20cm x9cm)

What is the difference between Regular and Jumbo size?
Both binders are the same in physical length/width. The regular can fit up to 4 pages and the jumbo has a wider spine and longer flap closure to allow it to be filled with up to 7 pages

What comes with the Needle Binder?
The binder casing/shell with 2 leather binder rings and a wool felt pad for buffing out any scratches in the leather to keep your binder looking fabulous. The binder is packaged in a large T&M drawstring cotton pouch

Some of our products are handmade in small batches, so quantities may be limited, but rest assured we're doing our best to get your favourite items back in stock!

To secure yours in our next production batch, sign up to get an automatic e-mail notification when the item you're after is back in our shop. To do this, visit that item's product page, select the size/colour you're after and click the "Notify When Back in Stock" button that should appear within a few seconds near the top of the screen. We ship worldwide from Quebec, Canada via Canada Post & UPS. All available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

We do our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times to USA & Canada are 2-7 business days, with priority options also available. For international orders, shipping times vary depending on your location, but UPS is usually the quickest to arrive within 2 weeks, 3 at most.

So, typically, your package should reach you within 3-10 business days of placing an order when shipping to USA & Canada. In case you want your order to reach you ASAP, then you have the option to select the fast delivery option at checkout (Priority/Xpresspost for CA customers, UPS 3-day Select for USA customers, UPS for international).

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $250 CAD as well as a flat $15 CAD ($20 CAD for parcels over 1kg) rate as a more affordable option for Canadian customers living in remote locations. We also offer free shipping on all US orders over $250 USD and international orders over $500 CAD

What is your shipping policy?

If you're not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 45 days of your order date.

Simply e-mail us at support@threadandmaple.com and include your name, order number and the items you'd like to exchange/return. You can find your order number in your order confirmation e-mail or on the orders page of your T&M account - either log in or create an account with the email address you used to place your purchase.
