How do I initiate an exchange/return?Updated a year ago

Simply e-mail us at [email protected] and include your name, order number and the items you'd like to exchange/return. You can find your order number in your order confirmation e-mail or on the orders page of your T&M account - either log in or create an account with the email address you used to place your purchase. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs of your original purchase, unless we made a mistake with your order or the item being returned is defective.
