How do I track my order?Updated a year ago
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order has fulfilled/shipped - if you haven't received it, please check your spam folder, and allow 24 hours for it to begin tracking.
You can also log in to your T&M account, go to the My Orders page, click on your order and click the Track button to access your tracking link. Alternatively, you can click here to track and manage your orders within our help desk.
If you don’t have a T&M account, sign up with the e-mail address you used to make your purchase and you will see your order in your account.
Tracking is available for all Canadian customers and US/International customers can opt for a shipping method with tracking. The following shipping methods come with tracking:
USA
- Tracked Packet USA
- Expedited Parcel USA
- Xpresspost USA
- UPS
International
- Tracked Packet International
- Expedited Parcel USA
- Xpresspost International
- UPS
Please note that Small Packet USA Air and Small Packet International options don't come with tracking, so the tracking link in your confirmation e-mail won't work.
