International Orders 🌎
For international orders, shipping times vary by location, but FedEx is currently our fastest option, typically arriving within 2–3 weeks. Please note that you will see estimated processing times at checkout.
Shipping Within Canada 🇨🇦
Orders within Canada ship directly from our Montreal warehouse.
- Carriers: Canada Post or FedEx
- Delivery Times: Typically 2–7 business days depending on your province.
- Note: FedEx requires a physical address. If you provide a P.O. Box, your order will ship via Canada Post.
Shipping to the USA 🇺🇸
Depending on inventory, your order will ship from either our New York or Montreal warehouse.
From our U.S. Warehouse (New York):
- Carriers: UPS or USPS
- Delivery Times: Typically 3–7 business days.
From our Canada Warehouse (Montreal):
- Carrier: FedEx (with pre-paid customs/duties)
- Delivery Times: Typically 1–2 weeks.
- Physical Address Required: FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is used, we must route via Canada Post/USPS, which may take 2–4 weeks.
