What does it mean when an item is on pre-order?Updated 2 years ago

Most of our products are handmade in small batches, therefore we don’t always have them in stock. When an item is on pre-order, it means that the next batch hasn’t yet completed production, so it will take longer for us to ship it to you. When you purchase a pre-order item, you reserve it in the next batch and guarantee that you will receive it. If you wait until the item becomes available, you may miss out and have to wait until the next batch is ready.

You will know that an item is available for pre-order, when you see a 'preorder' button on that item's product page. There will also be a ship date noted, which is when we estimate the item will ship. When you pre-order an item, you will be charged for it at the time of checkout. We will e-mail you the tracking details as soon as we've shipped it.
