You will pay for all the items when you place the order and we will ship all the items together on the pre-order ship date or once it becomes available. If you’d prefer not to wait, please place separate orders for regular and pre-order items.

If you’ve already placed a combined order and would like to request that your items ship sooner, please e-mail us at [email protected] and we will send you a separate invoice for the pre-order item shipping costs.
